Way2In is a platform specialized in event management.
The idea of the project is about organizing and providing all kinds of tools to event organizers to facilitate their event organizing, before, during, and after the happening.
After the event owners add and publish their application form, people can access and fill in all the questions, the questions will be divided into sections, the first sections will contain the ticketing if added, applicants will have to choose a type of ticket and quantity.
furthermore, they need to fill in all the mandatory questions, there are a lot of questions types such as:

  • Text
  • Articles
  • List
  • Checkbox
  • Radio
  • Date
  • Time
  • File

and many more.
After submitting an application, you will receive a tracking code, you have to save it elsewhere, we will not resend another, you will need the tracking code to check your application status later.
The responses received can be visited in the application form sheet, you can see all the analytics, color applicants, or even mark them as favorites, and print or export them in Excel.
At the bottom of the page, you will find a way to export all the sheets as:

  • CSV and Excel
  • HTML
  • PDF
  • Print
  • Copy
  • Email

The organization committee will use the email added in the application form to send the certificates, badges, access cards, and emails (selected, preselected, and refused), and send a notifications email.
In the dashboard, in the left menu you can find links to certificates, badges, and access cards, you have to choose an event and add the selected design, after that you can go back to the sheet.
Certificates, access cards, and badges:
You select the name | First and Lastname of the applicants, and then click on Generate Certificates button, choose a template, write the title and content if you want specific writing or leave them blank and the system will automatically generate all the certificates, the pop up contains also the desired language, you can also check “send separate emails” so the platform will send each participant an email containing the certificate.
Email and notification:
You can select the emails of the applicants and click on the emails buttons (selected, preselected, and refused), a pop-up will show asking you to write the content of the email, you can leave it blank and the system will automatically send a pre-generated email.
Pop-up contains also the desired language.
Each action will save the status of the applicant and sync the analytics.
In case the event type is online, the organization committee will use that email to send the access link and follow up with the applicants.
If you make any editing to the application form you won't lose any data of the deleted inputs, the system will stop showing those questions if they have answers, if not they will be deleted.
Deleting an application form will automatically delete all the data and the following inputs, but the room information will be kept.
