Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between Way2In and Event Organisers using our online platform for selling event tickets and associated services.

2. Nature of the Service

Our Service allows Event Organisers to sell and manage event tickets. The contractual relationship for ticket sales is strictly between the Event Organiser and the Ticket Buyer. We are not a party to this contract.

• Organisers must handle all Ticket Buyer communications.
• Organisers must accept all liability for the event.
• Organisers must notify buyers immediately if an event is cancelled or postponed.

3. Accounts and Security

Users must be 18+ to create an account. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your access credentials and all activities occurring under your account.

4. Payment Processors

We partner with Stripe and PayPal. Organisers must have their own accounts with these processors, subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

5. Fees and Credits

Fees are charged on a usage basis (per ticket/activity). Organisers can pre-purchase Credits or use 'Pay as you go' billing. Fees are non-refundable, even if an event is cancelled.

6. Acceptable Content Standards

Content must be accurate and lawful. Prohibited content includes material that is unlawful, harmful, obscene, infringing, or discriminatory. We reserve the right to remove non-compliant content.

7. API Usage & Integration

Our API is provided 'as is'. Users must not exceed rate limits or attempt to reverse engineer the platform. We reserve the right to revoke API access for security reasons or violation of these terms.

8. Data Protection & Processing

Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as the 'Data Processor' and you act as the 'Data Controller'. We shall process data only on your documented instructions and in accordance with GDPR and applicable local laws.

9. Liability

We are not liable for disputes between Organisers and Ticket Buyers. Our liability is limited to standard limits except where prohibited by law.
